also the Municipal Health Officer of Tanza, Cavite, is a graduate of Medicine at UERM Medical Center in 1985 with a
Masters Degree in Public Health at University of the Philippines, Manila in 1999.

Other Guest is the Health Educator Promotion Officer II designate of the Provincial
Expanded Program on Immunization, Liza Madlangbayan, a registered nurse.
