December 16, 2009 - District Governor Connie Beltran officially announced the nomination of PP Ismael "Maeng" Mercado of the Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone as the District Governor for RY 2012-2013. DGNN Maeng became the 2nd District Governor of District 3810 from Cavite after PDG Joel Tinitigan of the Rotary Club of Rosario in RY 2004-2005. A Level One Major Donor of The Rotary Foundation and a charter member of District 3810 Paul Harris Society, DGNN Maeng served as President of RC CEPZ in RY 2001-2002. |
