April 3, 2009, Subic Bay Freeport, Zambales - Rotaract Club of Cavite Economic Zone represented by PP Ramil Modesto and Rotaract Club of Downtown Olongapo 2 represented by President Mike Fanugao signed a Sisterhood Agreement between the two clubs witnessed by Incoming District Rotaract Chair DCHR Gabe Trias. RAC CEZ visited Subic Bay Freeport, Olongapo, Zambales for the Terry Larrazabal Bike Festival.
