Every year, Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone conducts a feeding program for the under-nourished children from within the communities of Cavite Economic Zone. In cooperation with Rotary Club of Tahara Pacific of District 2760-Japan since the successful implementation in RY 2007-2008 under the leadership of Sharing President Marni Sy, the program has included a Learning and Livelihood Program with the assistance of Rotary Community Corps of Rosario National High School Parents, Teachers, Community Association (RCC RNHS PTCA.) RCC RNHS PTCA will conduct Proper Nutrition Seminars with a Livelihood Learning Program to be administered by qualified volunteer teachers who are members of the RCC.

RC CEPZ's Soup Kitchen Feeding/Learning/Livelihood Program will be implemented for a period of four months in coordination with the International Friendship Committee headed by Sharing President Marni Sy and Rtn. Ken Wada who will be in direct communication with the club's partners in service sponsoring the program; RCC RNHS PTCA who will be in-charge of the operation of the feeding, learning and livelihood programs; and members of RC CEPZ who will participate in the implementation of the program.
International Partners
Last June 27, 2008, Rotary Club of Tahara Pacific from District 2760-Japan renewed their commitment to support the service projects of RC CEPZ. RC Tahara Pacific Legacy President Mikio Saito presented to Sharing President Marni Sy Ұ200,000 cash as additional contribution to the projects.
